CHARLOTTE, NC––James C. Frenis, CHA, Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Hospitality Group, LLC (PHG) is pleased to announce the expansion of its team and the launch of a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Headquartered in Albany, New York, PHG is a rapidly growing hospitality development and management company. This North Carolina location allows PHG to pursue new development and third-party management opportunities throughout the southeast region.

“PHG has experienced significant geographic growth over the past few years,” noted Mr. Frenis. “Our presence in North Carolina is an important step in our continued expansion throughout the southeastern U.S. market.”

Mr. Robin W. Hottle will lead PHG’s southeast operations. Mr. Hottle has over 30 years in the hospitality industry, including fifteen years in Franchise Service with Choice Hotels International. As Managing Director of PHG’s North Carolina office, Mr. Hottle will seek new and existing hospitality opportunities where PHG’s comprehensive approach to site selection, brand promotion, and operational management will maximize the return on investment for owners and developers.

“Rob’s exceptional industry experience and strong leadership skills are ideally suited for our new office,” said Justin D. Smith, President. “We are energized by his enthusiasm and expertise, and we are confident that PHG will continue its successful pattern of growth.”
