Data Security & PCI Compliance

Noble House Hotels and Resorts, Ltd., a hotel ownership and management group with an upscale portfolio of 20 distinct and visually captivating properties spanning the U.S., is making efforts to further enhance their data protection efforts by shifting from VENZA’s Denali™ program to the more advanced Everest™ program. After 4 years of success utilizing Denali™, the change brings a myriad of increased functionality and benefits to Noble House’s fingertips.

The VENZA Everest™ program addresses PCI requirements and helps hotels better safeguard their properties while satisfying compliance regulations; a natural progression increasing their existing security measures. The Everest™ package includes a policy template library, phishing campaigns, posters/job aids, webinars, internal vulnerability/breach scanning and data breach coverage. Additionally, 20 properties under the management of Noble House Hotels and Resorts will participate in PCI SAQ preparation, external ASV scanning (quarterly), endpoint protection, logging/alerting services and PCI SAQ portal access.

“Expanding our relationship with Noble House is exciting and a testament to our focus on customer success,” says VENZA’s CEO and Chairman, Jeff Venza. “The name VENZA carries weight and brand trust with the properties so expanding services to include network scans, SAQ preparation along with other network security services will be a simple upgrade,” said Venza.

“Noble House requires a security vendor that is not only an approved Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) but also knows how to work with each of our properties on a unique basis guiding them to satisfy compliance,” said Jason Moll, Vice President, Rooms & Technology at Noble House Hotels & Resorts.

As always Noble House Hotels and Resorts properties will continue to focus on guest experience and satisfaction while VENZA will focus on keeping guests safe and protecting sensitive information. Come see us at HFTP’s HITEC Minneapolis this year at booth #1420 and let us talk with you about crafting a unique data protection program to meet your organization’s needs.
